Your Goals

I will work with you, the client, to design a program that meets your goals. Whether that be starting your fitness journey, recovering from an injury, training for a specific event, gaining lean muscle or losing fat from problem areas.

I work with people that are setting foot in the gym for the first time, to seasoned pro’s looking for new workouts and advice on how to get the best from their sessions and diet.

I am happy to work with any age group, from youngsters to the more mature client.

I work closely with Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists to design a program to suit you. I have even worked with GP referrals.

I am happy to train both male and female clients, or if you like, couples together! If you are shy/nervous or want to split the cost, I am happy to train you and a friend.
