About Me

Hello, my name is Jessica Bartlett. I am a REPS approved Level 3 Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Coach and Pilates Reformer instructor and have worked in the fitness industry since 2010. I am based in Saffron Walden, Essex, and currently train clients and myself at Total Body Gym, Shire Hill.

I have had an interest in health and fitness my whole life, and 'preach what I teach', leading a healthy lifestyle, mountain biking, horse riding, running and walking as well as regularly training in the gym 5 times per week. I have competed in Bikini Fitness bodybuilding around the UK with the UKBFF, so if you are after that bikini body, or general bodybuilding (men & women) I have good knowledge in both these areas.

After studying for BSc Sports Psychology degree in Cambridge, I went on to train as a Personal Trainer at the YMCA in London. Through my degree I learnt about the psychological factors affecting performance, motivation andparticipation in sport and exercise, and so I am able to make your training sessions more enjoyable, with you wanting to come back for more. I still continue with my education to this day, to keep my knowledge of nutrition and how the body works fresh, and so constantly learning new ideas and techiniques within the ever changing industry.
